Join co-hosts Jasmine Low and Nikki Yeo in this brand-new Second Season of the “Help! I’m prediabetic! Kurang Manis (Sugar,Less) Podcast, a first for 2023 after a year’s hiatus.

The duo meets Theresa Loo, Pharmacist, Health Coach & Podcaster at PharmacistEdit. Theresa Loo is the eldest of 3 girls and has enjoyed a diverse career in pharmacy in the community, hospital and education fields. Her passion lies in preventative medicine having had contact with so many patients with complications from chronic disease – it was heart-wrenching for her to see them go through the journey. So she thought she could make more of an impact in early intervention to prevent the complications of chronic disease. She focuses on type 2 diabetes. Could it because both her grandfathers suffered from the complications of type 2 diabetes? She will join us shortly to share why she’s all in to prevent and keep diabetes in remission! On a side note, husband and her have 3 chickens; Snap, Crackle and Pop, and enjoy being part of the self-sufficient community in Brisbane.

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Trainer & Assessor, Accredited Consultant Pharmacist, Postgraduate Certificate in Medicines Information & Management. Theresa helps people find the best interventions to naturally resolve chronic conditions, overcome limiting beliefs and connect their health back to their ultimate purpose in life.

Theresa specialises in reviewing medicines, checking for side-effects interactions as a DMMR or HMR pharmacist in the Brisbane region. As a pharmacist and health coach, Therese facilitates your why, helps you dig deeper into what’s holding you back and supports you to create sustainable change so you can reach your health goals. She has a special interest in reversing and preventing chronic disease through diet, lifestyle and nutrition. Her own health journey has opened her eyes to the strengths and weakness of mainstream as well as alternative therapies.
