A first look at the five-day festival featuring Safe to Fly, Alice Lost in Wonderland and Viva Circus Festival Awards Malaysia 2026.
We are pleased to share that the thrilling Viva Circus Festival 2026, organised by Viva Vertical, will take place from 15 to 19 April 2026 at Petaling Jaya Performing Arts Centre (PJPAC), 1 Utama E, in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, bringing together aerial artists, performers and audiences in a five-day celebration of contemporary circus and aerial arts.
The festival will feature performances, community experiences and a competition platform that highlights Malaysia’s growing aerial arts movement.
The festival programme includes three key components:
Alice Lost in Wonderland: Original Circus Production
An original contemporary circus production featuring performers from the Viva Vertical community, combining storytelling, choreography and aerial performance. The show will be staged on 18 April 2026 at PJPAC.

2026 Viva Circus Festival Awards Malaysia
The festival will culminate with the Viva Circus Festival Awards, a competition platform celebrating aerial and pole talent. The 2026 edition will spotlight performers who are Malaysian or residing in Malaysia.

Safe to Fly: Public Aerial Experience
An experiential space introducing the public to aerial movement through guided activities such as aerial hoop, hammock and wellness-inspired movement experiences, taking place from 15 to 19 April 2026 at Nero Space, PJPAC.
