A virtual celebration in honour of Autism Acceptance Month 2024, under the theme of โA Decade of Impactโ will be hosted by Gamuda Foundation’s Enabling Academy on April 25, 2024. The online event celebrates a decade of championing neurodiversity by the hiring of individuals with autism at a Neurodiversity Forum. It also marks the seventh anniversary of the Enabling Academyโs (EA) Programme which provides a fully sponsored 3-month Employment Transition Programme to equip individuals with autism with skills to gain sustainable employment.

- Who should attend: Key stakeholders who are part of the neurodiversity ecosystem such as Corporates, NGOs, Institutions and Government Agencies
Session objectives:
- Heighten awareness on the best practices which can be incorporated in the corporates to create a neuro-inclusive workplace.
- To provide insights on effective approaches in building a neurodiversity ecosystem to better prepare neurodivergent individuals for sustainable employment.
